This beginners pizza recipe can be used by anyone, catering to any taste! Pizza is a wonderful vehicle for all types of ingredients and dietary requirements, and as such is adored by many. Dependent on your mood or pantry, you can work any of your favorite ingredients into this famous Italian dish. We have selected a medley of three cheeses, paired with sweet and fresh heirloom tomatoes for a simple yet delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS


  • Parmesan cheese icon

  • Beef tomato icon
    Beef tomato
    7.05oz/200g (about 1⅛)
    halved
  • Black pepper icon

    freshly ground
  • Stracchino icon

    7.05oz/200g (about ¾ cup)
    finely sliced
  • Pizza dough icon

    1 (14.11oz/400g)
  • Garlic clove icon

METHOD


  1. Flour a clean work surface
  2. Add pizza dough to the work surface
  3. Divide into halves with dough scraper
  4. Roll out
  5. Let rest until doubled
  6. Pre-heat a clean pizza stone oven - 240°C
  7. Add garlic clove, parmesan cheese and Jarlsberg cheese to the TM5 bowl
  8. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  10. Transfer dough to pizza stone
  11. Bake until light golden - 6 min, 240°C
  12. Remove
  13. Arrange cheese mixture in Pizza
  14. Arrange Stracchino in the Pizza
  15. Return until melted - 4 min, 240°C
  16. Remove
  17. Add beef tomato and fresh parsley to the Pizza
  18. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  19. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste
  20. Serve
