METHOD


  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line the clean rectangular tart pans with shortcrust pastry
  3. Sprinkle with speck and red onion
  4. Add parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese to the TM5 bowl
  5. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  6. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  8. Add egg, cream cheese, milk and nutmeg to the TM5 bowl
  9. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 8
  10. Transfer half of cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  11. Stir - approx 6 sec, speed 6
  12. Pour content of TM5 bowl into 2 pastry
  13. Transfer cheese mixture to 2 pastry
  14. Add grape tomato to the pastry
  15. Bake until light golden - approx 35 min, 160°C
  16. Add mozzarella cheese to the pastry
  17. Bake until melted
  18. Garnish with fresh basil and grape tomato
  19. Serve
