Our Peanut Butter & Cacao Nib Protein Shake is a filling almost-breakfast for those looking for some slow-release carbohydrates, or some extra protein in their diet. It tastes like a dessert but is actually quite health conscious, so just perfect for lazy mornings when you need a boost of energy. As well as this, it is the ideal drink for pre-workout, so have one on hand before you head to the gym. Couldn't be more simple or tasty.

INGREDIENTS


  • Banana icon

    4.94oz/140g (about 1⅛)

  • Crunchy peanut butter icon
    Crunchy peanut butter
    1.41oz/40g (about 2¾ tbsp)
  • Coconut milk icon
    Coconut milk
    10.14fl oz/300g (1¼ cups)
  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt
    1 pinch
  • Ground cinnamon icon
    Ground cinnamon
    1 tsp (0.09oz/3g)
  • Cacao nibs icon
    Cacao nibs
    2 tsp (0.21oz/6g)

METHOD


  1. Add crunchy peanut butter, banana, coconut milk, sea salt, ground cinnamon and cacao nibs to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 9
  4. Serve
