Passionfruit Coulis can enhance a myriad of meals and even drinks. Passionfruit's naturally zesty and lively flavor will bring sweet yet tart tones to pavlovas, cheesecakes, smoothies – you name it, passionfruit coulis will probably compliment it. For extra-special celebrations or just glamorous brunch, add a little to a glass of proscecco. It will keep in your fridge for up to 4 weeks, so keep it close to hand when getting creative with your cooking and baking!

INGREDIENTS


  • Lemon icon
    Lemon
    1 (2.05oz/58g)
    juice of
  • Passion fruit pulp icon
    Passion fruit pulp
    10.58oz/300g (about 1½ cups)
  • Golden caster sugar icon
    Golden caster sugar
    5.29oz/150g (about ¾ cup)

METHOD


  1. Add passion fruit pulp, golden caster sugar and lemon to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Cook - approx 12 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  5. Store in fridge
