Thermomix Lemon and Dill Salmon Patties

These Salmon Patties are a dainty version of a crunchy, salty classic that are just as lovely to look at as they are to eat. Serve them as a main or as nibbles on a platter, they're sure to impress regardless of context. Primarily using ingredients that you'd have close to hand, these breaded and baked fish cakes come to mind when a pantry dinner is in order. Dill and lemon with any fish is a match made in heaven, and with the two-ingredient pickle relish you might find yourself going back for seconds...or thirds!

  • Sea salt icon

  • Pickle juice icon

  • Panko breadcrumbs icon

    2.12oz/60g (about 1¼ cups)


  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper
  3. Place onion into the thermomix bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  6. Then add panko breadcrumbs to the TM5 bowl
  7. Mix - approx 3 sec, speed 3
  8. Let rest - 10 min
  9. Add all remaining ingredients except evoo
  10. Mix - approx 10 sec, reverse speed 2
  11. Roll into patty shape and coat with panko
  12. Place on prepared trays and drizzle with evoo
  13. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  14. For the pickle relish:
  15. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  16. Serve patties with pickle and garnish with dill
