Making tortillas from scratch is shockingly trouble-free in practice. You don't even need a tortilla press, just a rolling pin, your Thermomix and about an hour. These Flour and Duck Fat Tortillas will elevate any vaguely Mexican meal into a much more authentic one, as they're much more flavorful than store-bought and the freshness is overwhelming. Duck fat is the only ingredient you're likely to not have in your pantry, but it enhances the dough's elasticity and taste.
