METHOD


  1. Add walnuts, feta cheese, single cream, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dulse sea vegetable flakes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh oregano, fresh parsley, garlic clove, lima beans and lime to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 8
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to ramekin
  6. Press
  7. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  8. Refrigerate in fridge
