Thermomix Family Lasagne

Lasagne is always worth the effort - the sense of achievement and the taste are second to none. The symphony of browned meat, tangy tomato and creamy cheese has made this, perhaps, Italy's most famous culinary export. Whether you like a crunchy edges, or the next-day leftovers, everyone has a place in their heart for lasagne. The Thermomix cuts out some of the more challenging work for this recipe, and the result is a generous, family style lasagne that has all the hallmarks we know and love. We have added in some extra vegetables for additional nutrients as well, so it's a win-win!

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add Bolognese Sauce to a clean saucepan
  3. Heat then set aside
  4. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Add butternut squash to the baking sheet
  6. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  7. Roast - 20 min, 180°C
  8. Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  9. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  11. Transfer sauce to baking dish
  12. Arrange pasta sheets in the baking dish
  13. Transfer one third of cheese mixture to baking dish
  14. Arrange half of roasted vegetables in baking dish
  15. Add baby spinach to the baking dish
  16. Arrange pasta sheets in the baking dish
  17. Transfer half of cheese mixture to baking dish
  18. Transfer the rest of roasted vegetables to baking dish
  19. Add baby spinach to the baking dish
  20. Arrange pasta sheets in the baking dish
  21. Add ricotta cheese to the baking dish
  22. Sprinkle the rest of cheese mixture with baking dish
  23. Garnish with fresh basil
  24. Bake until golden brown - 1 hr, 180°C
  25. Let cool
  26. Serve
