As with all leavened dough, our Easy Overnight Brioche does require some time for proving, but as the title suggests, can be done overnight. Generally speaking, brioche takes time and attention, but with the help of a Thermomix that can be made a touch less inaccessible. Never worry about brioche not being eaten; fresh it is wonderful solo or with butter, and as it ages it can be used for bread and butter pudding and at its oldest, french toast (we have a recipe for that, too).
