With this Easy Chicken Curry recipe you can combine the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine with the accessibility and ease of Thermomix cooking. A wonderful weeknight dinner that weaves both subtle and intense spices together seamlessly, bound in a silky "gravy" as its traditionally referred to. The darker thigh meat means that the chicken imbues a lot more of its own flavor, as well as soaking up the sauce better than other cuts.
