This Date and Honey Loaf is a flexible recipe that will slot into your breakfast, lunch and treat needs effortlessly. METHOD


  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease a clean loaf pan
  3. Add bread flour, sea salt, oats, ground cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, dates, coconut sugar, honey, milk, egg and vanilla extract to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 7
  6. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  7. Bake until light golden - 45 min, 160°C
  8. Let cool on round wire rack
  9. Serve
