Just 35 minutes of your day can be used towards crafting unbeatably versatile and flavorful flatbreads, to serve alongside soups and salads, as wraps, or to mop up the sauce in any main course. Best served hot, these soft and chewy rounds will be sure to compliment any lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS


  • Black pepper icon

  • Bread flour icon

    10.58oz/300g (about 2½ cups)
  • Sea salt icon

    2 tsp (0.45oz/13g)
  • Golden caster sugar icon
    Golden caster sugar
    2 tsp (0.30oz/8g)
  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt
    9.17oz/260g (about 1⅛ cups)
  • Cumin seeds icon
    Cumin seeds
    2 tbsp (0.44oz/12g)
  • Ground cumin icon
    Ground cumin
    1 tsp (0.07oz/2g)
  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    0.48fl oz/13g (3 tsp)

METHOD


  1. Add bread flour, sea salt, golden caster sugar, greek yogurt, cumin seeds, ground cumin and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  4. Knead - approx 2 min, dough
  5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  6. Wrap with plastic wrap and let rise - 15 min
  7. Divide into eighths with dough scraper
  8. Roll out
  9. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  10. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  11. Transfer dough to frying pan
  12. Fry in frying pan until light golden
  13. Serve immediately
