METHOD


  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Add maple syrup, molasses and butter to the TM5 bowl
  3. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Heat - approx 5 min, 90°C, speed 1
  5. Then add buckwheat flour, coconut flour, baking soda, rolled oats, sea salt, candied citrus peel, golden caster sugar and raw cane sugar to the mixture
  6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 5
  7. Then add currants to the mixture
  8. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  9. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  10. Scoop mixture onto 2 baking sheets evenly
  11. Bake - 10 min, 160°C
  12. Turn the trays
  13. Bake - 10 min, 160°C
  14. Let cool
