METHOD


  1. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Boil - approx 8 min, varoma, speed 3
  4. Add frozen peas and fresh broad beans to the varoma dish
  5. Attach content of varoma dish to TM5 bowl
  6. Steam - approx 7 min, varoma, speed 3
  7. Add water to a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Submerge content of TM5 bowl in large mixing bowl
  9. Clean TM5 bowl
  10. Add fresh basil, mint and fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
  11. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  12. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  13. Add lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper to the TM5 bowl
  14. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  15. Drain large mixing bowl
  16. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large serving bowl
  17. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  18. Grate lemon into the large serving bowl
  19. Top with fresh chives
  20. Add mozzarella cheese to the large serving bowl
  21. Serve
