Lassi is an Indian drink, that can be served in many different forms with many different temperatures. For this Thermomix recipe, we chose Basil Honey Lassi served chilled. It is the suave brother to Western milkshakes, with extra dimensions brought to the table by spices and fruits not so commonly used in the West. Throw all of your ingredients except your pistachio garnish into your Thermomix, blend, and you'll have a refreshing and spirited Summer drink in the blink of an eye.
