Most meatloaf recipes are bound with breadcrumbs – as are a lot of similar, ground beef/pork recipes – but we wanted to cater to as wide and as inclusive an audience as we could. That's why this Thermomix recipe for Italian Meatloaf is tweaked to please everyone at the dinner table, as it is just about as flavorful and tasty as you can get whilst keeping things low carb! Using plenty of fresh, aromatic herbs and a fatty cut of meat will yield a moist and well seasoned dish that can be made once and eaten (at least) twice!
